My 2013 A6's CVT is shuddering at low speed - is this the end?

So I've got a 2013 A6 2.0 TDI with the multitronic CVT and it's been a really reliable car for the most part, but recently I've started noticing this shuddering sensation when I'm driving at low speeds, especially when accelerating gently from a stop or when I'm in stop-start traffic. It feels almost like the transmission is vibrating or struggling to find the right ratio, and it's particularly noticeable when the car is warm rather than cold. I've had the transmission fluid changed about 20,000 kilometers ago and the car has around 140,000 kilometers on it now, so I'm starting to think this might be the beginning of the end for the CVT. I know these multitronic units have a reputation for failing at higher mileages, and I'm trying to figure out whether it's worth investing in a repair or if I should just start looking for a replacement car. I've been doing some research and I found a place that offers Quality Audi CVT transmission service in Musaffah Industrial, and they seem to have pretty good reviews from what I can see. I'm wondering if anyone else with a similar A6 has experienced this kind of low-speed shudder and whether it turned out to be something that could be fixed with a valve body repair or if it was a sign that the whole transmission needed replacement. I'm really torn about what to do because the car is otherwise in great condition and I've looked after it well, but I don't want to throw good money after bad if the transmission is beyond saving.
