My Ghost is throwing battery warnings, should I be worried?

I've got a 2017 Rolls-Royce Ghost that I absolutely cherish, but over the past week or so I've been getting this intermittent message on the display saying "battery discharge" and telling me to start the engine. I haven't been leaving any lights on or anything like that, and I drive the car at least every other day so it's not like it's sitting unused for long periods. The car still starts fine and everything seems to work normally, but the warning keeps popping up and it's starting to make me nervous. I've heard that Rolls-Royces have incredibly complex electrical systems with multiple batteries in some cases, and I'm worried that if I ignore this it could lead to much bigger problems down the line. I called the dealership and they quoted me an absolutely astronomical price for a battery replacement, which I expected to be honest, but it still made me wince. I've been looking into independent specialists who work on these cars because I figure they must be more reasonable while still knowing what they're doing. I came across a place that does premium Rolls-Royce battery replacement in Dubai and they seem to have good reviews from other luxury car owners. I'm thinking of giving them a call to at least get a quote and see if they can diagnose the issue properly. Has anyone else experienced these battery warnings on their Ghost or Phantom, and if so, did it turn out to be a simple battery replacement or was there something more complex going on? I really don't want to be caught out with a dead car somewhere inconvenient.
