Finally getting my storage room sorted after years of chaos

I've been putting this off for way too long but I'm finally tackling the disaster zone that is my back storage room at the shop. We've got boxes of inventory piled on top of each other, random equipment just sitting on the floor, and it's honestly embarrassing when clients come in and see the mess through the back doorway. I've been looking at various shelving options online and came across this company called Crateco that seems to have a good reputation for industrial storage solutions. What I'm really interested in is this medium duty racking system they offer because it looks like it could handle the weight of our stock without being as bulky and expensive as the heavy industrial stuff. The customizable aspect is appealing too since our storage space has some awkward corners and we need to make the most of every square meter. I'm thinking of getting a few units to start with and seeing how it goes, but I'm curious if anyone here has experience with these particular racks in a retail or small warehouse setting. Do they hold up well over time with daily use, or do the shelves start to sag after a while? Also, are they easy to assemble without needing special tools or professional installers? I'm reasonably handy but I don't want to end up with something unstable that could collapse and damage our inventory. Any advice or real-world feedback would be really appreciated before I make this investment.
