Santa Fe AC intermittent - works sometimes then stops

My 2017 Santa Fe's AC has been driving me absolutely crazy the last few weeks because it's completely unpredictable. Sometimes it blows ice cold like it should, and other times it's barely lukewarm, and there doesn't seem to be any pattern to when it decides to act up. I've noticed it seems more likely to stop working when I'm sitting in traffic versus when I'm moving on the highway, so I'm wondering if it could be the condenser fan not kicking in properly or maybe the compressor clutch is on its way out. I took it to a garage near my place in Deira and they said the gas pressure was fine and topped it up anyway, but the problem came back within a day so clearly that wasn't the issue. I'm getting pretty fed up with this heat and I just want to find someone who can actually diagnose the root cause instead of guessing, because I've already wasted money on that recharge. I came across 800Sayara while searching online and they seem to have good reviews for diagnostic work, but what I really need is the best Hyundai mechanics available in Dubai who know these cars inside out, especially the electrical and AC systems which can be tricky. Has anyone dealt with a similar intermittent AC issue on their Santa Fe and found a reliable garage that sorted it properly? I'm willing to drive anywhere in Dubai at this point, I just want my cold air back.
